We ship from European warehouses throughout Italy and to major EU countries.

Gift packaging included

Each order arrives in its FISÒ branded packaging, free of charge. Ready to give — or to treat yourself.

Processing times

Once payment is confirmed, the order is processed by our European supplier. You will receive an email with the tracking code as soon as the package is en route.

Important notes

  • The indicated times start from shipping (not from the order)
  • During peak periods (Black Friday, Christmas, Valentine's Day) times may extend by 2–4 days
  • Italian and European holidays are not business days

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from receipt to change your mind, as provided by Article 52 of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

How to request a return

Write to info@fisogioielli.com with:

  1. Order number (you can find it in the order confirmation)
  2. Reason for return (even if it's just "it wasn't for me," that's fine)
  3. Product photo if defective

You will receive instructions for return shipping within 2 business days.

What we refund

  • The price of the returned product
  • Any initial shipping cost if you return the entire order
  • Return shipping costs remain your responsibility, unless due to manufacturing defect

Refund times

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, to the original payment method (card, PayPal, etc.).

Condition of the returned product

The product must be returned:

  • In its original packaging
  • Never worn (for hygienic reasons)
  • With all labels and certifications

Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 letter c) of the Consumer Code, products customized with engraving of names, initials, or symbols at the customer's request are not returnable, unless due to manufacturing defect.

Manufacturing defects

If your jewelry has a defect (workmanship, material, faulty plating), we will replace or fully refund it — including return shipping costs.

You have 60 days from purchase to report it to info@fisogioielli.com with photos of the defect.

We guarantee the quality of 14K/18K gold plating for 12 months under normal use conditions. Plating can naturally wear off if the jewelry comes into contact with aggressive substances (chlorine, direct perfumes, detergents).
