Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide any reason and without penalties.

1. Withdrawal Period

The 14-day period runs from the day on which the consumer or a third party designated by them (other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the product.

In the case of a multiple order delivered in several shipments: the period runs from the receipt of the last product.

2. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, simply notify FISÒ Gioielli, within the 14-day period, of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

Option A — Email

Send an email to info@fisogioielli.com specifying:

  • Order number
  • Products you intend to return
  • Refund address

Option B — Standard form

Fill in and send the standard withdrawal form provided at the bottom of this page.

Once you have communicated your intention to withdraw, you must return the product within 14 days of the communication, to the address that will be provided to you via email.

3. Return Conditions

Products must be returned:

  • Unworn (for hygiene reasons)
  • In their original packaging, intact and with labels
  • Adequately packaged for shipping

4. Return Costs

The direct costs of return shipping are borne by the consumer, except in cases of:

  • Manufacturing defect in the product
  • Shipment of a product incorrect to the order
  • Shipment of a product damaged during transport

In such cases, FISÒ Gioielli also reimburses the return costs.

5. Refund

You will receive a full refund within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or proof of shipment, if earlier).

The refund includes:

  • Product price
  • Initial shipping (if you return the entire order)

The refund will be processed using the same payment method as the original order (card, PayPal, Klarna, etc.). No fees apply.

6. Exclusions from the right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal DOES NOT apply to the following products:

  • Products custom-made or personalized according to the Customer's request (e.g., engravings of names, initials, symbols, dates)
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic or health reasons if opened after delivery

The right of withdrawal always remains valid in case of manufacturing defects, even for personalized products. See the Shipping and Returns section for details.
